Welcome to MMARW

Learn what MMARW does, when to use Direct or Heavy, and how to start your first focused task or larger project.

Last updated

MMARW helps you turn an idea, question, or brief into useful work. You can use it for a quick conversation, or give it a larger assignment that needs research, multiple steps, and a polished result.

Important Notice

Review important results

MMARW is an AI product. It can make mistakes, miss context, or use an incorrect assumption. Check important facts, calculations, sources, and decisions before relying on a result.

Choose the right workspace

MMARW has two ways of working. You do not need to learn special prompt syntax to use either one.

ChooseBest forWhat happens
DirectQuestions, writing, brainstorming, quick analysis, and feedbackYou work in a focused conversation and guide the next step yourself.
HeavyResearch, reports, project plans, reviews, and larger deliverablesMMARW takes a detailed brief, coordinates the work, and returns a structured result to review.

If you are unsure, start with Direct. Move to Heavy when the work needs several connected steps or a substantial final deliverable.

Start in three steps

  1. Open Direct for a conversation or Heavy for a larger project.
  2. Describe the outcome you want, not only the topic.
  3. Review the answer or result, then ask MMARW to improve, extend, or revise it.
A clear first request / prompt
I need a concise comparison of three project-management tools for a 20-person marketing team.

Compare collaboration, reporting, pricing considerations, and likely trade-offs.
End with a recommendation and the assumptions behind it.

Write requests that lead to stronger results

MMARW can infer a lot, but four details make a major difference:

  • Goal: What decision, document, answer, or outcome do you need?
  • Audience: Who will read or use the result?
  • Scope: What should be included, excluded, or treated carefully?
  • Format: Ask for a report, table, outline, email, checklist, or another useful format.
A stronger version / prompt
Create a one-page project update for our leadership team.

Use the attached notes. Cover completed work, current risks, decisions needed this week, and the next three milestones. Keep the tone concise and practical.

A simple working habit

Start with a clear first version, then improve it in small steps. For example: ask for an outline first, request the full draft second, and ask for a critical review last. This keeps you in control and makes it easier to spot missing information early.

Tip

Do not restart work just because the first response is not perfect. Tell MMARW exactly what should change: for example, “make this shorter for a non-technical audience” or “add the missing risks in a table.”
