Work with MMARW / MMARW Docs

Files and results

Upload source material, attach it to Direct or Heavy, manage stored files, and review AI-assisted results before use.

Last updated

Files let MMARW work from your own material. Use the Files area to keep relevant source documents available, then attach them to a Direct message or Heavy project when you need them.

Supported file types

The File Manager supports these file types:

TypeExamples
PDF documentsreports, contracts, presentations exported as PDF
ImagesJPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, GIF
Text filesTXT, Markdown, MD

Use clear filenames so you and MMARW can refer to the right material easily.

Upload a file

  1. Open Files in the sidebar.
  2. Select Upload File.
  3. Choose a supported file from your device.
  4. Wait for the upload to finish.
  5. Attach the file to a Direct or Heavy message when you want MMARW to use it.

You can also attach files while writing a Direct or Heavy message. The upload dialog lets you upload a new file or select an existing one.

Tip

A file is context, not an instruction. Always say what MMARW should do with it: summarise it, compare it, extract facts, check risks, or use it as the basis for a draft.

Find and manage files

The File Manager lets you search and filter your uploads. Select a file to inspect its details or preview supported content. You can download files again and delete material you no longer need.

Deleting a file removes it from your account storage. Do this only when you no longer need it for current or future work.

Get better work from documents

Give MMARW a role, a task, and a useful output format.

Example: compare documents / prompt
Compare the two attached proposal documents for a procurement decision.

Create a table of scope, price, delivery timeline, assumptions, and major risks. Then explain which proposal is stronger and which points need clarification before we decide.
Example: analyse an image / prompt
Review the attached dashboard screenshot.

Describe the three most important changes, point out any anomalies, and write a short update I can send to the product team.

Review and use results

When MMARW finishes, treat the response as a working result. You can copy it, ask for another version, or keep improving it in the same Direct chat or Heavy project.

Before sharing or acting on a result:

  1. Check factual claims and figures against the original source.
  2. Check whether important assumptions are valid for your situation.
  3. Confirm that the tone, audience, and format are right.
  4. Ask MMARW to explain or revise anything unclear.
