Billing and capacity

MMARW gives each plan a monthly usage limit shared across Direct and Heavy. Every billing period starts at 100% usage available. The app shows the percentage that remains, and that percentage decreases as you work until it reaches 0%. The underlying calculation remains automatic.

Check your capacity

Open Billing in the sidebar to see your plan, the remaining usage percentage for this month, the next refresh, available codes, and billing status. The indicator in the top bar gives you the same quick view.

How capacity is used

Capacity use depends mainly on:

• the selected model or the model selected by Auto;
• how complex the request is;
• how much content needs to be read or generated;
• whether specialised capabilities such as current web research are needed.

A short, straightforward task on an efficient model normally uses less capacity than a long, complex task with deep reasoning or multiple work steps.

Tip to manage usage

Give a clear brief and keep revisions focused. Ask for an outline or a small first pass before requesting a large deliverable when you are still deciding the direction.

Plans and monthly refresh

Your plan determines your monthly usage limit and available account limits. The usage percentage refreshes to 100% on your monthly billing anniversary.

• Unused capacity does not roll over to the next billing cycle.
• You can upgrade at any time to increase your capacity.
• A downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• If your capacity reaches 0%, new work pauses until it refreshes or you increase your plan.

Redeem a code

1. Open Billing.
2. Select Redeem a code.
3. Enter the code exactly as provided.
4. Confirm the redemption and check that your capacity updates.

Codes can update your available monthly usage according to the promotion. The app continues to show remaining usage as a percentage of your current limit. Standard promotional discount codes are applied during checkout, not in the code field.

Manage your subscription

Use the plan options in Billing to upgrade. For cancellation and ongoing subscription details, open Settings and choose Billing & Usage.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. If you cancel, access remains available until the end of the already paid billing period.

Understand usage over time

Open Analytics to review storage use, recent usage, and your biggest tool consumers. This is useful when you want to understand which workflows use more capacity.
